Investment Banking Analyst

The Opportunity:

An analyst’s responsibilities at PEAK involve all aspects of M&A and capital raising transaction execution; includes financial modeling, industry research, business due diligence, marketing material creation, data room management, and other responsibilities across the entire transaction process.

PEAK runs multiple deal processes simultaneously with collaborative deal teams. Analysts will participate in several deals at any given point in time, allowing for substantial growth as an investment banking professional.

Qualifications:

We are seeking entry-level candidates who have strong analytical skills. Ideal candidates are team-oriented, self-starters, highly organized, have a sincere interest in technology, and have the social skills to handle discussions with senior bankers and corporate executives.

• Analyst candidates must have related work and/or internship experience

• Candidates must have a maximum of four years work experience

• Strong communication skills

• Bachelor’s degree with high academic achievement

• Strong understanding of finance, including corporate finance, M&A, accounting, modelling and valuation

• Interest in technology (specifically software)

• Ability to work effectively in a team

• Desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (specifically PowerPoint and Excel) is a must. Pitchbook is a plus
