Andrew Stivers

Andrew is a Director at Peak Technology Partners.  With more than 15 years of technology investment banking and investing experience, Andrew has executed over $12 billion in transaction value for private and public company clients.

Prior to PEAK, Andrew was a Senior Vice President at D.A. Davidson and a Vice President at Jefferies in their technology coverage groups. In addition to his investment banking experience, Andrew led business development teams at Lighter Capital and SecondMarket—both venture-backed tech-enabled financial technology companies.

Andrew holds a B.A. cum laude in Economics from Miami University (OH).
