Beau Ferguson

Beau is an Associate at PEAK Technology Partners where he focuses on business development and the execution of M&A and capital raising transactions for technology companies.

Prior to PEAK, Beau worked on the portfolio valuation team at Insight Partners, a leading global venture capital and private equity firm investing in high-growth technology and software companies. He began his career in EY’s assurance practice as part of the financial services office, where he served clients in the wealth and asset management space. Beau holds an active CPA license in the state of New York.

Beau earned his B.A. degree from Vanderbilt University, majoring in Economics, and his Masters degree in Accounting from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School.

In his spare time, Beau enjoys water skiing at the lake, snow skiing at the mountain, and golfing where his handicap is deemed acceptable.
