Bryan Liu

Bryan is an Analyst at PEAK Technology Partners where he focuses on business development and the execution of M&A and capital raising transactions for technology companies.

Prior to joining full-time, Bryan worked on the risk management team at State Street Corporation and the financial planning & analysis team at Gordon Brothers, a global restructuring and investment advisory firm. He also interned at PEAK before joining full-time, assisting in deal sourcing and the preparation of marketing materials.

Bryan graduated from Northeastern University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance, Entrepreneurship, and a minor in Consulting.

During his free time, Bryan enjoys hiking, weightlifting, building computers, and playing musical instruments like the piano and guitar.
