David Kirby

David is a Managing Partner at PEAK Technology Partners. David has ten years of investment banking experience focused on mergers and acquisitions and capital raising projects for technology entrepreneurs. David has executed over $5 billion of transactions over his career.

Prior to PEAK, David worked as a Director at Arbor Advisors where he focused on technology M&A and capital raising transactions. Prior to that, David worked at Goldman Sachs in New York City as an Associate where he executed a variety of transactions during his four years at the firm.

David also has strong operator experience as an early employee and the Chief Sales Officer for Kinduct, a SaaS company focused on health and human performance, where he led sales and business development.

David holds an MBA from Dalhousie University and a B.S. in Biology from King’s College.
