Miquela Newhart

Miquela is a Senior Associate at PEAK Technology Partners and advises technology companies on financing and strategic transactions.

Prior to PEAK, Miquela was an Analyst in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs and was responsible for M&A transactions and capital raising across multiple industry sectors including technology media and telecommunications, consumer retail, and real estate. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Miquela worked on the strategy, corporate development, and M&A team at Johnson Controls focusing on technology and sustainability.  Miquela also has operations and start-up experience, having successfully co-founded and operated two companies.

Miquela holds a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from Pepperdine University and was a student athlete on the NCAA Division I women’s tennis team.

Miquela enjoys volunteering, traveling, and working with students on Skid Row.
